We are currently seeking a Property Management Home Inspector to join our property management division.

The Property Management Home Inspector position is part-time, approximately 20 hours per week, from October through May. The Home Inspector will be performing physical / visual inspections of each home and reporting their findings to the service coordinator. This role requires driving to multiple homes in a given day and walking each property inside and out, while reviewing the home in detail. If an emergency situation is found, they must convey their findings in a timely manner. Homes are checked on a regular schedule; in emergency situations, including after storms; and as needed, when requested by a client.

Qualifications and skillsets should include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Ability to pass a background check (CORI)
• Residential construction and systems knowledge preferred but not required
• Detail and customer service oriented
• Must be respectful, honest and have integrity
• Well organized and task completion driven
• Ability to prioritize to meet deadlines
• Ability to remain calm as situations change
• Ability to use email and take photos to document situations
• Excellent listening, note taking and documentation skills
• Capable of lifting at least fifty pounds
• Pride themselves on professional representation while striving to provide first-class service
• Maintain a valid, clean driver’s license with no infractions on file with the office

We are currently seeking a residential construction laborer to join our growing team.

Day-to-day responsibilities include: maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the job site, material pick-ups, dump/lumber runs, cleaning company vehicles, assisting carpenters with tasks as needed, moving furniture and other home-related tasks, landscaping and snow removal and getting existing homes prepped for construction activity.

Candidates must be comfortable with ladders and heights, and be capable of lifting at least 50 pounds. Communication between colleagues and company personnel is crucial. Candidates must maintain a clean MA driver’s license. This is a full-time, year-round position with excellent compensation and benefit package.

We are currently seeking a Construction Project Manager to join our growing team.

The Construction Project Manager plays a critical role in planning, executing, overseeing and closing construction projects efficiently and within budget. This role requires a deep understanding of construction processes, constant project planning, strong leadership abilities, and excellent organization and communication skills to coordinate various teams involved in the project. This individual needs to be able to plan ahead and anticipate the unexpected, manage orders, budgets & cost control, lead process & people, and monitor quality of workmanship.

Candidate must have 5+ years proven experience as a construction manager, a bachelor’s degree in construction management or equivalent, an unrestricted CSL license, OSHA 10-hour course certification, knowledge of local building codes/regulations, and a valid driving license.
